Rick began his career in safety and quality control in 1994 working for one of the largest mining operations in the country. He has written and produced safety programs for several companies in the Southeastern United states. Rick has over 20 years experience in the construction and mining industries. Rick has attended University of Southern California, Woodrow Wilson School of Law, Georgia Tech, Chattahoochee Tech, University of Arkansas and Beeville State in Alabama.
He is an OSHA and MSHA instructor certified by the US Department of Labor. He has an OSHA 500, 510, Industrial Hygiene, Legal Aspects of Construction and Engineering and has a Six Sigma certification in Quality Control. He has a CET in Environmental Safety and Health and is a Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. Rick is responsible for safety performance, quality control, and risk management to maintain OSHA and MSHA standards for Federal and State Regulations.
