Cherry Lake Landing

Overview

Cherry Lake Landing is Lake County’s newest community between Groveland and the Turnpike.  The neighborhood has 180 single-family house lots on 153 acres.  Our scope of work included clearing, erosion control & mass grading, and the construction of the sanitary sewer, lift station, storm sewer, water main, paving MES walls, and road construction.  This project also extended an existing off-site force main from the City of Groveland to the neighborhood.
