• How many years have you been at Plateau Excavation? 15 years
• What’s your job title? Superintendent
• How would you describe your team or the people you work with? My team are go getters. They come in everyday ready to learn something new.
• If you could be any machine, what would you be? Before I was a superintendent, I use to run the machines. My favorite has always been the Dozer.
• What legacy do you hope to leave behind? I want to teach people the right way to do things. Do not take chances or take shortcuts, it won’t take you anywhere.
