How did your father influence you to get into the industry / join the Plateau family?

Growing up, my dad always encouraged me to explore my interests and pursue opportunities that aligned with my passions. He taught me the importance of hard work, creativity, and thinking outside the box. When I learned about the marketing internship at Plateau, it felt like the perfect chance to combine my interest in technology with my passion for marketing. I watched him work his way up in this business, and I hope to follow in his footsteps.

How would you describe your dad’s role? How he works?

My dad is extremely dedicated to his job. He is constantly working even on his days off. I am often surprised at how well he can multitask. When I look at my dad, I see the guy that everyone goes to when they have a question.

What’s your favorite memory with your dad?

My favorite memory with my dad is when he took me to a Riley Green concert. We spend the whole day together and partied all night. It was a really nice memory.

What’s your favorite part of working with your dad / at the same company?

He tells me all the juicy gossip.

If you could describe your dad in one word, what would it be?

goofy!
