How did your father influence you to get into the industry / join the Plateau family?

My father always told me, “It’s either go to college or go to work.” I started working at Plateau and I would much rather be here than school.

What is your favorite memory with your dad?

I have many memories with my dad, whether here at work or when he used to watch me play soccer. However, one of my favorite memories is from our vacation to Mexico by car. During that trip, he told me the importance of always looking ahead as we traveled the long distance. We took turns driving, turning it into a memorable adventure for us as a family. The journey there and back brought us closer together and created many cherished moments.

How would you describe your dad’s role? How he works?

My dad wants everything to be done safe. His hard work and dedication is the reason I look up to him.

What’s your favorite part of working with your dad / at the same company?

We get to spend so much time together. My grandfather worked with my dad and I for years as well. I love working with my family.

If you could describe your dad in one word, what would it be?

Hardworking! He doesn’t like to stop.
