How many years have you been at Plateau Excavation? Around a year
What’s your job title? Director of Training
How would you describe your role? I teach level 1, 2, and 3 CAT level certified trainings. I go through fault codes as well on job sites, record videos, and put on our training website. Right now we have, excavators, wheel loaders, dozers and articulated trucks.
What is your training advice? I am not here to teach you. I am here to sharpen your blades, and give you more confidence.
How would you describe your team or the people you work with? Growing up Plateau was the pinnacle – top of the pile. They were the ones to be with, and I am proud to be a part of the team.
What is your favorite machine? Track loader – nothing beats a track loader
How did you get into this industry? I have been exposed it to my entire life, army/machines, tanks, etc.
