Sean has 25 years of experience in the surveying and construction industries. While working with Plateau, Sean has held the roles of field engineer, estimator and project manager. Sean’s responsibilities include estimating and managing multiple construction projects. He reviews pricing from various vendors and subs, establishes contracts between such and coordinates their efforts in the field. Sean also prepares site schedules and meeting minutes to establish project timelines to completion. Coordinates employees to complete projects with regards to safety and profitability. Prepares monthly billing and changes to contracts.
