How did your father influence you to get into the industry / join the Plateau family?

Since I was a boy, I’ve always said that when I grew up, I wanted to work just like my dad and accomplish what he has done.

How would you describe your dad’s role? How he works?

He’s a hard worker, fast-paced, and gets things done & done right. He is very coordinated & organized with his team.

What’s your favorite memory with your dad?

Getting on the machines with my dad as a little boy on the weekends when we would visit my dad at work.

What’s your favorite part of working with your dad / at the same company?

Having my father teach me new things and being able to grow along his side.

If you could describe your dad in one word, what would it be?

A family man. A provider.
