  • Our father’s genuine dedication to the excavation industry deeply influenced us. His commitment, work ethic, and integrity were evident in every aspect of his work. Witnessing the tangible impact he had and the satisfaction he found in his profession made us consider joining the industry ourselves, as we aim to emulate his principles and contribute meaningfully to the field.

How would you describe your dad’s role? How he works? 

  • Our dad, as a Foreman in the excavation industry, plays a crucial role in overseeing operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. He leads by example, coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining a safe working environment. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What’s your favorite memory with your dad?

  • Our favorite memory with our father is whenever we gather. His face lights up with joy at seeing his children and grandchildren all in one place, and his happiness fills the room with warmth and love.

What’s your favorite part of working with your dad / at the same company? 

  • Our favorite aspect of working alongside our father is the opportunity to share a collective experience while embracing our individual perspectives and unique backgrounds. Even though we may not all work together directly, this shared connection still binds us in a meaningful way.
