How would you describe your dad’s role? How he works? 

Managing the shop and equipment and providing guidance and help to those who need it the most.

He has a good sense of judgment and brings an equal amount of both fun and business to his role.

What’s your favorite part of working with your dad / at the same company? 

I get to learn beside him, and he pushes me to become better. He’s taught me to learn something new every day!
