• How many years have you been at Plateau Excavation? It will be 3 years in June.
• What’s your job title? Safety & Health Manager
• What exactly do you do at the company? I conduct our Safety trainings for the company. I help with safety document procurement to meet General Contractor’s requirements for projects.
• So far, what has been your favorite project? Rivian, the property was incredible and the work we were able to do was impressive.
• How would you describe your team or the people you work with? Hardworking and loyal
• What’s your favorite aspect of your job, Plateau or the industry? Conducting our New Hire Orientation Trainings allows me to see people’s first steps with Plateau. It is very exciting.
• What drew you to Plateau originally? The opportunity to be a part of a constantly growing company.
• If you could be any machine, what would you be?  Computer. They are very efficient and helpful.
• What is something unique about you (fun fact) that few people are aware of? I really enjoy playing disc golf. Many people also don’t know that I love reptiles and have a room in my house that is basically a reptile exhibit with all the pets we have in there.
