  • How many years have you been at Plateau Excavation? 22 years
  • What’s your job title? Foreman
  • What exactly do you do at our company? Keep everyone going while trying to pass on any knowledge I’ve picked up over the years
  • So far, what has been your favorite project? The hospital in Pensacola FL. We did a couple of years ago
  • How would you describe your team or the people you work with? I really enjoy working with this crew. They have become very knowledgeable very quickly and make my job so much easier.
  • What is your favorite aspect of your job, Plateau, or the industry? I love running equipment  . As long as I’m in a piece of iron, I’m happy.
  • If you could be any piece of machinery, what would you be and why? D3 dozer.  Versatile and always something to do.
  • What is something unique about you (a fun fact) that few people are aware of? I enjoy riding my motorcycle on my days on my days off.
  • What is your advice to someone looking to get into this industry? It’s hard work but also rewarding.
