• How many years have you been at Plateau Excavation? 30 years
• What’s your job title? Superintendent
• What is your favorite aspect of working with Plateau? It is a challenge everyday, facing different things to deal with, but I like it. I love challenges.
• So far, what has been your favorite project? Hyundai was a nice job. It was a big challenge for everyone, but we came out on top.
• How would you describe your team or the people you work with? Excellent, good people to work with. They are good listeners and follow instructions given to them.
• What advice would you give to someone looking to join the industry? This is a good industry to get your career started, especially for the younger generation.
