• What’s your job title? Superintendent
• What exactly do you do at the company?  I make sure all of the work is coming  along nicely and everyone is safe.
• What is your favorite part about working at Plateau? I like moving dirt and finishing the job quickly to get to the next one.
• How would you describe your team or the people you work with? We have a good team, that is why I have stayed here for so long. I have been here 23 years with the same team. We get it done.
• What is one thing you will always remember about Plateau? One thing I will always take with me, is Mr. Lee Patrick. I appreciate him; he is what I know. He has taught me everything.
