Overview
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is expanding with a North Druid Hills campus with 70 acres with 2 patient towers, and a 19-story hospital. This campus will feature larger, private rooms, convenient amenities for families, more than 20 acres of greenspace, which allow for miles of walking trails and healing views from patient rooms, and more conference and simulation space for trainings and education.
Project Description / Details
Worked closely with general contractor’s Superintendent to complete the building’s subgrade 60 days ahead of schedule – site improvements + underground detention.
Services included: Clearing, grading, erosion control, excavation, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water (Fire, domestic, irrigation), walls, blasting, asphalt paving, and concrete flat work.
