133-Acre Data Center Campus Approved in Hampton, Georgia.

Hampton officials have granted a conditional use permit for a 133-acre data center campus north of Georgia 20 at McDonough Street. This development, part of the larger 900-acre Henderson Farms project, marks the first data center in Henry County. ​

Campus Composition: Three buildings, each approximately 195,000 sq ft, along with an electrical substation.​
