Southern Gateway at Lambert Farms in McDonough, GA is a 1.1 million square-foot cross-dock distribution facility. Located in Atlanta’s favored south-side industrial sub-market, this is the first building to kick off a more than 3-million-square-foot speculative industrial development plan aimed toward employee attraction and retention by offering high-end amenities traditionally not common for industrial parks.

Upon completion, the labor-focused development park will feature a 1.2-mile landscaped walking trail, a food court with recreational amenities and electric vehicle charging stations, unparalleled to anything currently offered on the industrial market. Additional plans for Southern Gateway at Lambert Farms include an adjacent 1.5 million-square-foot cross-dock building and two rear-load facilities totaling 358,000 and 275,000 square feet.
